BLS Asbestos Ltd hold a 3 year licence granted by the Health and Safety Executive to work with asbestos insulation and asbestos insulation board for the purpose of removal (Licence Number 4991004287), as well as being awarded by the Environment Agency a licence to transport hazardous waste (Waste Carriers Registration Number YRI/445417), allowing us to safely transport and dispose of the asbestos once removal has been completed.

BLS Asbestos Ltd are a Full Contracting Member of ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractors Association) the UK's premier association for asbestos removal contractors and this includes their prestigious Site Audit Accreditation Scheme (SAAS) quality assurance award stating our work procedures surpass their stringent high standards.

We also hold other health and safety accreditations such as ‘CHAS’ and ‘Constructionline’, offering clients our 100% commitment to providing a quality service demonstrating outstanding health and safety performance.

All our asbestos removal staff have many years experience within the industry and have all relevant training required to carry out this specialist work. Some of our operational staff have been with BLS over 25 years and are therefore very familiar with all different types of asbestos removal project from small residential works through to large scale 12 month projects.
